How to export — step by step
Step 1: Copy the post or reel URL
Copy the link to the Instagram post or reel (e.g. instagram.com/p/<shortcode>).
Step 2: Add your sessionid
Likes exports require authentication. Add your Instagram sessionid cookie under Advanced Mode → Authentication — see how to get your session cookies.
Step 3: Choose the likes export
Paste the URL on ExportComments.com and select likes.
Step 4: Start and download
Click Start Export Process, then download Excel, CSV or JSON.
Inside the export — what you get
- Author Name — liker's display name
- Username — @handle
- Author ID — numeric Instagram ID
- Author Verified — blue-check flag
