Want an offline copy of your Facebook connections? ExportComments exports your friends list — with profile links and mutual-friend counts — into a clean spreadsheet.

Why export your friends

  • Backup — keep a record of your connections.
  • Networking — organise contacts outside Facebook.
  • Analysis — see mutual-friend overlaps at a glance.

How to export — step by step

Step 1: Open your friends page

Go to your profile’s Friends tab and copy the URL (e.g. facebook.com/<you>/friends).

Step 2: Add your Facebook cookies

Your friends list is private, so add your c_user and xs cookies under Advanced Mode → Authentication — see how to get your session cookies.

Step 3: Paste and start

Paste the URL on ExportComments.com and click Start Export Process.

Step 4: Download your list

Save the results as Excel, CSV or JSON.

Inside the export — what you get

  • Profile ID — numeric Facebook ID
  • Profile URL — direct profile link
  • Profile Image — avatar URL
  • Additional Data — any extra detail Facebook exposes

FAQ

  • Can I export someone else's friends?
Only friend lists your account can actually view; you authenticate as yourself with your own cookies.
  • Is my password involved?
No — a session cookie proves you're logged in without exposing your password or email.
  • Why do I need cookies?
Friends lists aren't public, so the exporter must act as you to read them.
